Eligibility for Tier 2 dependant - Partner on ILR

Hello dear Members,
I have gone through the forum to look for an answer but in vain. So posting it here.
My route:
Entered UK in 2010 on student Visa.
2011-2013: PSW
2013 - 2018 Tier 2 General
I have just applied for ILR and awaiting response from HO.
This question is for my partner.
Her route:
Tier 2 dependant visa start date: 05-02-2015
Entered UK: 19-05-2015
Extented Tier 2 dependant validity 29-07-2016 to 07-07-2019
Questions:

Extented Tier 2 dependant validity 29-07-2016 to 07-07-2019
Questions:
- When will she be eligible for ILR? 08 Jan 2020 or 21 May 2020?
- Since her T2 will expire before that on 07-07-2019, would she need to extend T2 (is it possible as I will no longer be on T2) then or move to ILR dependant?
