ILTR and Schengen Visa

Hello,
I need some help/guidance please as I am struggling so much:

Sob story
My father is a british citizen and has been since birth - he has always had british passport.

My mother is a indian citizen but she has a Indefinite stay leave stamp thing in her indian passport. She has all the home office relevant documents, she has been in the UK for 30+ years, married for 35+ years and has been working for 30+ years.

I'm born and bread in the UK, my parents are at retirement age now and sadly, they have never ever EVER been on a holiday. They have travelled to india to visit family but thats not really a holiday. They have never seen or been to a beach, NEVER seen the sea up close or been in it.

Task
We are planning to go away to majorca however, me an my father are fine as we have a british passport, my mother hasn't and requires a visa........

I have spent days researching this on the internet and getting lost, i rang solicitors and they offered me advice.

What they have said is:
Book an appointment to see the solicitors, they will compete a NTL??NTR??? application form and organise a same day appointment in solihull. The purpose for this is - my mother currently has the old way indefinite stay leave stamp thing in her passport and most countries wont accept that. Getting NTL? done is like a newer version of the stamp an has a biometric card or something?

Sounds straight forward yea - if its correct....

Issue
I have been told that once i do the same day NTL thing, I then have to get a schengen visa for my mother which involves going down to london which isn't possible due to my mother working in retail an shift etc...

I have found websites which offer this service but also premium services in which it'll take 48 hours and we dont need to go in person.

Question: Which websites would your recommend for Schengen Visa that's reliable as i've reviewed loads on google and they coming up with scam etc.... I'm looking for 48 hours turn around time WITHOUT us going to spanish consulate.

Please help us have our 1st family holiday, i heard alcudia is nice :)
