Could you please confirm if she can apply for ILR in Sept 2018, based on the details given below.

2. 28/06/2015 to 01/10/2016
3. 25/10/2016 to 06/07/2017
4. 29/06/2018 till date
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Absences due to Maternity
1. 11/07/2014 to 27/06/2015
2. 07/07/2017 to 28/06/2018
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

a.Since the new rule of 180 days absence is applicable from the 1st Jan 2018, will she be eligible for ILR om 20/09/2018?

b.Or will they count the absences in 2017 towards the 180 day rule?

All her visa/exension were done whilst in the UK and the latest one issues in 2016 expires on 08/10/2018
