Please will I be eligible for 10 years route. For example, I came in October 2011 on Tier 4 visa till January 2018. Visa expired and I had to leave UK in January 2018. I came back to UK on tier 4 dependent in March 2018 and will be on the same visa till 2022.

You may be
okay if you had left the UK prior to expiry of your leave or applied for entry clearance within 28 days of your original leave expiring.

Thanks for your reply. I checked my visa expired on 25/1/17, I left on 22/1/17 and re-applied for visa on 11/3/17.
Do you think that I will be eligible?

no. because the date of your visa expire and reapply is more than 28 days

You are
okay. You left the UK before your leave expired. You returned to the UK within six months.
If you left the UK in-time, then there is no requirement under the
Long Residence Rules/Guidance to apply for entry clearance within 28 days.

cyclina1, note that there is a more stringent requirement (entry clearance application within
14 days from expiry of leave) for ILR under the
PBS rules. Fortunately, the Long residence rules are more reasonable and relaxed in this matter ....
