Could someone please review the details and help me with your advice. Appreciate your advice in this regards
Thanks in advance
I am on the tier2 general visa

Would 1-month difference is considered as leave and include in 180 day period?
What is the earliest date I am eligible to apply ILR? I hope 2 Oct 2018 would be considered? Please comment.
