I would like to confirm if I have chosen the correct category.

I have finished my 5 years spouse visa ( twice of the two and half years FLR(M)). Now i am applying for my Indefinite leave to remain SET(M). In the application form under 'Section 4: Which Category', if i chose the ' Partner of a person present and settled in the UK - 5 year route', is it correct?

Yes that is correct category , are you applying online or filling in paper form SET (M) ?
