ILR Application

Good day moderators,
Thanks for all your support so far, I have being a silent user
My question:
I am currently on a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Ext and will be completing 10yrs in September from Sept 2008.
I have just be informed by my accountant that it is no longer possible to use the premium service for ILR 10yrs application for those on Entrepreneur visa category.
Can someone please confirm this.
