To clarify...providing you don't
default on the loan.

Take the loan and just not pay it at all or pay a bit and then don't pay.

When you take a loan, you will have a repayment plan, usually monthly minimum payment. You will be seen to have defaulted if you stop making your monthly payments without any arrangement with the lender.

Your business activity is not relevant for the ILR, unless you work in capacity of an employee

1) 30 hours/week is FT. Anything less than that is PT.
2) Accounts are not needed for ILR.

Although company accounts are not needed for ILR but HO has the power to request any documents if they want. Also recently, there is a wave of interviews at ILR stage and in that case they will ask you all questions regarding anything. £6k and £30k+ is a huge difference. Your accountant should amend and submit it to HMRC.
You as a director are responsible for what information is submitted to HMRC on your behalf as you sign a declaration giving that power to your accountant.

I’m surprised your accountant did not insist to amend that for you. I wonder about his competence. Are you sure he is a certified accountant. Try and tell him to amend the error and resubmit to HMRC, this is very important and ensure the amended copy is also filed with companies house. HO can always check it there.
