Apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent on my own

I am a PBS dependent in Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa category.
I have completed my 5 years in the UK(so has the main applicant)
I have filled in the online application form in two scenarios:
1. Applying as the main applicant(my father) with 3 dependants.
2. Applying as the dependent on its own.
In the 1st scenario the system only lets me submit the application by post whereas in the second scenario it also allows premium and super premium service.
My question is: Is it possible for me to apply for ILR before the main applicant?
My application is extremely urgent which is why I am exploring all possibilities and am also willing to bear the super premium charge if possible but it seems postal is only option when main applicant is applying.
