Hi every one,

I hope if someone can help with an advice on the first entry date?

I have been granted Leave to enter on 22/6/2017, However, to get my BRP i have received vignette sticker in my passport for 30 days from 30/6/2017 to 29/7/2017.

I booked my flight on the 25/7/2017 and i collected my BRP, after that i went back to my original country where i stayed for 5 months before i travel to UK on 17/11/2017.

I had health issue were the outcomes came with me doing a physiotherapy for 4 months, therefore i had to delay my date of entry to 5 months from the issuing date of my visa.

My questions are
1- what is the first entry date in my case?
A-the day when i got my BRP using my vignette visa on 25/7/2017? (1 Month from the BRP issuing date). OR
B-on 17/11/2017 using my BRP to enter? (5 months after the issuing date of my BRP)

2- in case of the B answer, what is the complications related to my delay and how to fix them?

Thank you for you help, any advice can help[/b][/b][/b]

Useful to state what category of "leave to enter" you hold as the rules difffer for various visas.

Dears,

I highly appreciate your help.

I have an issue regarding the time spent outside the UK. I am under the impression that I have spent more than 180 days due to many uncontrolled circumstances & wrong calculation.

I am a non-EEA, My spouse Visa was granted on 19/6/2017:

1st Entry to UK 25/7/2017 (Veginate) left in 5 days time.

2nd entry 13/11/2017- Left in 4 days time.

3rd and last entry 29/1/2018. Till now.

I require an urgent trip again outside the UK but I don't know if any further travel might worsen my case.

I am having difficulty to understand the period allowed as an absence for either ILR or naturalization.

If anyone with a solid understanding of the implication of my silly mistakes, as well as any solutions or actions that I need to take, like canceling any trips for a specific period of time?

Many thanks
