Hello all,

I have been trying to book a premium service appointment SET Long Residence. I tried at various times - between 12am and 6am and during daytime - every day for the past 2 weeks but there are no dates across all the 8 centres in the UK
It keeps showing this message "We do not have any appointments in the next 45 business days at your selected location. You can change your location and search again."

I have tried Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. This can't be right as I would expect some available appointments to show up during the last two weeks of my search.

• Has anyone been able to book a SET LR appointment from week commencing 23rd July?

• Any tips that would help me get an appointment?

• Is there a known IT problem with the appointment page?

I have never really considered a super premium. How does it work and what will be the individual cost for two of us?

Interested in the super premium service, but how would the cost work out though? It says 10,500 per visit

what an extortionate rate that is, plus any premium fee for the booking? does that mean if we gather 10 people, it would bring it down to just 1050 per person?? + premium fee?
