ILR 10 Years Early application

If some one apply SET LR application after complete 9 years and 7 months...what are the possible outcomes please...

I would think they might refuse it.

I had 1 month 22 days gap. I applied for FLR(FP) private life route first, then applied for SET (LR) 28 days before my 10 years. After applying for SET LR, I requested to get my fees back for FLR(FP) along with NHS fees, I got them back too :)

You've almost 5 months gap, that's the tricky part. Not sure how long HO takes to respond to FLR(FP) now a days.

The earliest an application under long residence can be submitted is 28 days prior to completing 10 years legally in the UK.

Actually my FLR LR application pending. Is there any way to solve that 5 months gap...
