Hi all

I’m on tier1 general dependant from Aug 2013 to Aug 2018 which is five years. So now I’m eligible for ilr. But now my husband is on ilr. So what all documents I need to submit and do I need to take English test for this, if yes what is that ?

Yes you need English B1 test from a Home Office approved test provider and Life in the UK test.

Just to clarify which exam I should write they mention B1 speaking and listening & B1 speaking listening reading and writing
