Hi,

I would be grateful if you all can help me answering some of my queries.

I am currently in Tier 2 General visa, stamped on 15/01/2014 but arrived to UK on 25/02/2014,
My visa was extended once , changed job/COS once. My visa is nowvalid till 29/01/2020.
My 5 years will be completed on 15/01/2019.

My dependents arrived to UK on 01/12/2016, Thier visa will expire on 25/02/2019

My queries
1.When can I apply for my ILR?
2. Can I apply for ILR on last week of December 2018 so that I can apply for my dependents visa extension in second week of Feb 2019?
3. In which visa category do I need to apply for my dependents visa extension? How many years can their visa be extended?

Thank you in Advance.

Rithesh

Thank you very much for the reply

What are the documents required for applying ILR? do I need P60s?
Do I need to maintain minimum bank balance?
How long will the ILR process take?
What is the fees structure?

Thank you

Thank you for your guidance, as u said I found answers for most of my queries.

I have 2 more queries

1. query about English test. I had cleared English test through PTE academics when I applied for my Tier 2 General visa at the beginning.
PTE academics are currently not included in the list of UKVI approved institutions.

So is this test report acceptable by UKVI to apply for my ILR?

Thanks
