Hi i came to UK in sep 2008 and eligible for ILR this Aug 2018
i am currently on tier2 dependant visa on my husbands.
we both came to UK same time and legally stayed in UK for 10 years.
We got two kids born in the UK, but recently sent them to India once we get ILR, can we apply for citizenship for kids in India or they have to be in the UK to apply for citizenship for them.(my kids on tier2 dependent visa). Could you please throw some light on this as we can not afford solicitors.

2. Please clarify your circumstances and you have posted contradictory information. Do you have a PBS Dependent visa or ILR??
