ILR Query - Tier 2 General - Queries

Hi,
I have similar question on my ILR eligibility on T2 General 5 year route.
I came to uk on T2 ICT (Employer A) Visa granted on July 2010.
Applied for T2 General Visa (Employer B) in August, 2013 with work start date on COS as 11th Nov 2013 (Due to notice period).
I was granted T2 General Visa for 3 years from 20th Sep, 2013 (Start date on BRP).
However, I only started working with Employer B on 11th Nov due to 3 months notice period with Employer A.
I will be completing 5 years on T2 General VISA on 20th Sep this year.
Question:-
Can I apply for ILR (T2G 5Y route) in Sep,2018 or Should I wait until Nov 2018 as that is when I would be completing 5 years lawfully with my T2 General employer.
If Sep 2018, Will I need to produce any letter from my previous employer to justify period between 20th Sep till 11th Nov. As I was not absent from UK but employed to work under T2 ICT.
Please can you advise.
