Hello,

I applied online on 2nd August, Set (O), standard service. I’ve since been trying to upgrade this Premium service, as I didn’t realise you couldn’t leave the country for the potential 3-6 months while waiting for a decision. I travel for work so this is not an option for me. I have sent the upgrade forms three time, once a day since then and have had no reply.
I don’t really know what to do at this point.
Has anyone tried to upgrade to Premium with an online application? Is it possible?
Should I mark the fee £510 for not in person or £610 for in person? They literally won’t respond to any of my emails and it’s stressing me out. I’ve sent it bang on 8am too.
I have a flight for September 1st that I don’t want to miss.
I’ve also already sent off all my supporting documents and already done my Biometrics.

What visa route have you applied for ILR on SET O??

I’m currently on a UK Ancestry visa, and am applying under the 5 consecutive years in the UK route for ILR

But I’m worried as the forms I’ve filled in say ‘Postal to Premium’ but I applied online

Please someone help me, losing sleep over the stress

Posting in the middle of the night expecting immediate responses when most of us are sleeping is unreasonable. We all have normal day jobs and families too.

You need to keep emailing the address to get the slot. There is no guarantee you will get one either. Many could be trying to do this due to the unavailability of in person premium appointments so you would be competing for a slot with many applicants.

Your application IS a postal one, regardless of whether you completed the online or paper form.

11pm isn’t the middle of the night. Why do you post on these boards if you just get grumpy with everyone?
