ILR under TUPE transfer

Hi,

I am currently applying for ILR via the 5 year Tier 2 system.

I was previously employed by a company (which went into administration & was restarted as a new company) & my tier 2 visa was transferred to the new company via the TUPE transfer rule.

Could you please suggest how I could justify my absences from the first company that went into administration?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Tarun.

If I understand this correctly, your previous employer went into admin, and then restarted operations as a new company? So technically, they are the same employer but now a new incorporation?

If so, can they not provide a letter (on official letterhead) simply stating this, and also certify all your absences on this new letterhead for the entire period of your employment.
