Hi moderators, gurus and everyone else.
Ur help with my ILR application was much appreciated, got it approved on 2nd of August and received my card on Monday!
Now I have some questions re my husband's ILR application.
He is qualifying in November 2018 and he will be applying via premium service.
There are some questions I would like to double check:
1. does he need to provide proof of 3 months maintenance of £630?
2. can he submit letter from my employer stating that they will maintain and accommodate him for a month?
3. does he need to provide any payslips from his employer?
4. does he need to provide his bank statements?
5. am I understanding it right: he needs to provide my last 3 months payslips and my last 3 months bank statements from his application?
6. is there anything else I am missing?
He will attach rental agreements, letters from NHS, DVLA letters, general post.
We will also add my passport and BRP card, marriage certificate, birth certificate for our child... I cannot think of anything else at the moment.
Any help much appreciated!

1. No.
2. Not relevant and not needed.
3. He is required to prove to HO that he/you can maintain yourselves without public funds, so evidence of his/your earnings for 1 to 3 months should be fine.
4. He is required to prove to HO that he/you can maintain yourselves without public funds, so evidence of his/your earnings for 1 to 3 months should be fine.
5. See #3 and 4
6. Evidence of cohabitation.

Not sure if i need to start new topic...
There is a change in my employment... below is my thread to give u an idea (my ILR application was successful) :
indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-2-g-to- ... l#p1663014
So here is an update... due to HMRC investigation my boss decided to close down the company (he has a bunch of them) and as off 1st November I will be made redundant.
My husband is eligible to apply for ILR in November 2018, so that means I have last 3 months covered by my payslips to provide for his ILR application, BUT if he applies in January 2019 (which is more likely) I won't be able to provide any payslips as I will be jobless.
And if i find a job by Jan 2019, there is a slim chance I will be paid salary close to 30,000-35,000.
If he applies in Jan will it be a problem that I am jobless (we rnt using any public funds and won't be)?
Does he need to show that he earns more money just to show that he can support me?
If I find a job by Jan 2019, will the salary drop matter for HO?
Can my husband's company be my employer and keep me employed on a minimum salary (Only for the sake of showing that we both r employed and rnt relying on public funds)?
please advise!

Your husband must satisfy all the requirements of
319E. Can you spot any financial requirements?

thank you so much. I was just a bit confused coz whenever I was going through the threads here, most of the applicants mentioned dependent's payslips and bank statements...
Should it be a problem that at the time of my husband's application I will be unemployed?
I know it has nothing to do with me as it is his application for ILR and he is applying separately plus 319E doesnt say a word about finacial requirement, but like i mentioned above there were so many cases where ppl were attaching proofs of salary for both main applicant and dependant...
