Motoring offence impact on ILR

Does motoring offences impact ILR?

My wife recently a notice stating that she was speeding. She could be hit with 3 points on her license and £100 fine - if this is the case, does this impact her future ILR application?

There is a chance that she could get a speed awareness course, in which there is no traffic offence but that's only a maybe.

Do we have anything to worry about if she gets 3 points?

Just make sure that you pay the FPN within the specified timelines. If it remains unpaid and goes to court, then you will need to declare it on the ILR application.
