ILR (LR)- filling application form. help needed

HI Everyone, please help me if you can.If i apply for premium service and pay fee online what should i do with section 1 in (payment Details) in application form? shall I leave it empty or put the same details of the bank card through which fee is paid online.

Thanks for quick response and assistance.does this mean to leave that box empty as well where it says:the applicant is making a SET (LR) application
coz it says above if no fee is ticked we cannot take payment and your application will be rejected.
i think its not applicable coz the fee will be already paid but thought i should double check. thanks in advance.

If you paid online, you do NOT complete the payment at all.

sorry to be pain, one more thing i came across
D5: If your leave to enter/remain has expired,did this leave expire within 14 days of this application being made? YES, go to D6 NO, go to D7
then D6: tick to confirm you have provided evidence that your application was submitted out of time due ti reasons beyond your control.
now my visa is still valid so shall i tick YES or leave this empty at D5 and what to do with D6
