ILR ON THE BASED OF TIER2 VISA,BUT COMPANY LICENNCE EXPIRED 2 YEAR AGO

HI ALL,
just WONDERING IF ANYBODY HELP,
i CAME TO UK IN OCT 2008 ON STUDENT VISA , AND THEN PSW FOR 2 YEARS AND AFTER THAT SPONSORED WORKER
FOR A SMALL COMPANY FROM LAST 6 YEARS .
MY ILR IS DUE IN ON 6 OCT 2018 ON THE BASIS OF LONG RESIDENCE , I BOOKED PREMIUM SAME DAY APPOINTMENT IN SEP 28DAYS WITHIN THE QUALIFYING PERIOD BUT,
I RECEIVED A LETTER OF CURTAILMENT OF VISA TILL 9 OCT , AS I WAS TOLD THAT MY COMPANY SPONCER LICENCE WAS REVOKED IN AUG 2016 SO FOR THE REASON BEING YOUR VISA IS CURTAILED FROM 13 FEB 2019 TO 9OCT 2018.
PLS ADVICE AS I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT MY HR HAS NOT RENEWED LICENCE OR PROVIDED NO INFORMATION TO ME TO REGARDING THIS SO THAT I SHOULD HAVE ACTED UPON..
I HAVE BOUGHT A HOUSE HERE AND LIVES WITH 2 CHILDRENS 5YEAR AND 3 YEAR OLD AS THEY BOTH GO TO SCHOOL .
I AM COMPLETELY SURPRISED AND CONFUSED WHAT TO DO ...
KINDLY ANYONE WENT THROUGH SAME SITUATION HELP AS AFTER THIS I STILL HAVE LIVED IN UK FOR 10 YEARS AND THEY JUST HAVE SENT A LETTER 10/08/2018 I MEAN 2 YEAR AFTER REVOKIGN THE LICENCE..

Its quite common for curtailment letter t o come this late. It can take between 6 months to 2-3 years sometimes it does not even come through.
until you get the curtailment letter your leave is legal and will count towards long residence.
Whats your current visa status is it Tier2 and what's expiry date?
Can you confirm what exactly the date you arrived in the UK?

hiya
i am still on tier 2 and working for the same company i have received letter on 11 aug 2018 that now my leave is curtailed to 09 oct 2018 .
luckily which completes my 10 years
i have booked premium service on 15 sep 2018 so should i go for it ...

I'm assuming you meant you entered the UK on 9 Oct 2008 on Tier 4

I think you'll be fine as you're applying within 28 days of 10 years LR completion. For 10 year LR, there are no employment requirements as far as I can remember so it ideally shouldnt matter if your leave has been curtailed and your employer is no longer on certified sponsors list. As long as your leave to remain is valid, you're fine.

that's fine. You can go and apply . There will no issue aat all. You'll get the ILR

hi all gurus
as per my above post
is it for best of my case if my company appeal to reinstate against revoked licence 2 year ago and tries to regularise it .
As they still need me for long term and ready to take steps.

Once you get ILR then they don't require sponsorship to keep you employed. Since you are applying based on 10 Years residence their license does not matter.
But the issue I could see from company that if their license was revoked 2 years ago so how come they still keep you employed as they cannot after 60 days.
Again that would not be your issue.

just like to thanks members for ther vaulable comments
i got ILR In less then an hour from sheffield
while my company licence was expired 2 years ago
juat to add its curtailment letter that decide your stay and in my case i receved after 2 year no problem at all at peo nothing asked
