Hi Gurus
I am on tier 2. I am eligible for my ILR on October. I am a bit worried. After my 3 year extension of tier 2 visa on November 2016 i had 1000 pounds deduction from my salary for 2 months. After deductions My p60 for that year shows 35,200 pounds.

Now i am getting 44,500 pounds salary.
Will the deduction be a problem for ILR. ?
Thanks in advance

P60 are NOT required for ILR.

You need to meet the salary requirement AT THE TIME of applying for ILR and submit payslips and bank statements to prove it.

Hi CR001,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Just to clarify. Will there be any issues about the deduction of 1000 pounds for 2 months ( which was in November 2016 and December 2016)

Thanks

Depends what the deductions were for, but no there should not be an issue.
