Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR Query

Hi,

Hopefully, I will be applying for my ILR by the end of October 2018.

1. After getting my Tier 1 Ent extension I have created 2 jobs for 12 months time period. Can I relieve both the employees or Do I still need to have them till I get ILR?

2. If I apply for my ILR by postal service, will HO compliance officer come for the interview (as i had not interviewed by HO at the time of initial application and extension)? If yes then what checklist needs to be prepared for the interview?

Yes if you have 24 payslips during your extension you meet this requirements

There is no hard and fast rule about this... they can come any time if they want to make sure anything. about checklist some other expert might help u

Thanks for your reply.

1. Regarding my 1st question, a friend of mine says (who has the same visa) you should keep at least one employee at the time of application. As you said according to rules I fulfilled the condition but afraid of HO behavior as sometimes they just want an excuse to reject your application.

2. Regarding compliance officer visit, I have 2 concerns
first I haven't done any documented correspondence with employees like e-mails, phone etc. Can compliance officer raise a question about this? How can I answer this?
second I registered my company at home address as I visit clients. If I open an office now will it be okay to them?
