Hello Gurus,

Could you please advise on below case or point me to the correct source/thread if I am asking this same question again!

1) My wife is on Tier-2 ICT dependent from (Nov'2014 till Jul'2018) - 44 months total tenure (worked for 38 months)
2) Now she has moved to Tier-2 General visa effective from Aug'2018 to Aug'2021 ( 3 years - 36 months)

Question#1: Is my wife eligible to apply for ILR once she completes 5 years in the UK with the above combination of Visas and work? E.g. Is she eligible to apply for ILR say sometime around Mar'2020 after completing 5 years and 3 months

Question#2: If the answer to the above question#1 is no, then she will be eligible to apply for ILR?

Thanks a ton in advance for your guidance, folks!

No. Her clock for ILR started from the date her Tier 2 General visa was granted. You cannot combine time spent on PBS Dependent and PBS main visa holder to make up 5 years for ILR.
Question#2: If the answer to the above question#1 is no, then she will be eligible to apply for ILR?

If she meets all the requirements, in August 2023.
