Hi Guys...

I am a new member of this board but follow this board since long time.

Currently I am on tier 1 entrepreneur Extention and my application is pending in home office since June 2017. today my interview held in my VO building with my team member and both of us in seprate room. we are not satisfy from our interview because both team member was not prepare for this. becasue they give us very short time. most of documents was not preapred and did not presented. me and my partner is very very disturb this time.

please note that i came to uk on 18 september 2008 and and according to this somebody told my that my 10 years will complete on 18 september 2018 is it possible that I can submit ilr application when I complete my terms while my application is pending in home office?

My tier 1 entrepreneur extension is pending since 24th July 2017 and No interview calls and aug 2017 I received complex letter and march 2018 I received partial refund now my 10 YEARS lONG RESINDENCE is due in 22nd August 2018. I came to UK 18 September 2008 so according to this time line I am eligible for 10 years long residence on 22nd August 2018. My question is this that If my application pending in Home Office till 22nd August 2018 so Can I go on premium service or I have to send my ILR 10 years application to home office?
