Me and my wife are ILR holder and we are gonna apply for ILR for my daughter now as she has completed 5 years in UK (she was born in India)

I was on tier 2 PBS before ILR Could you advise which application form we should use for our daughter (under 18 years)
Note - me and my wife used Set O form in our ILR application. Shall we use the same form for my daughter too?

Regards
R

You could have applied for the child at the same time as you/wife.

You can use set O or set f forms.

How did your wife get ILR when her PBS visa expired when you were living outside the UK and last year you were asking about how to bring them back as you are British??

And then asked a different question with different circumstances and details in November last year??

thanks for quick response.

We did not wanted to spend huge fees at one time so applied for wife and now applying for daughter

So we will go ahead and fill Set O form

Just a query - will there be any question from HO why they not applied at same time ?

See my second post and questions.

No issue if you apply for child separately provided both parents hold BC or ILR
