Hi ,

I am UK ILR visa holder for last ~10 year.
My baby soon due on October 2018 in india.
I want to apply settlement visa for my baby from india.
I am working as a permanent employee for a company in UK
What are the documents that I need while applying for ILR Visa Application for our baby.

What's the status of the child's other parent?

Do both parents have ILR or just one parent?

Mother with ILR, Father with British passport.

If father is British otherwise than by descent, then child may apply for a British passport or a CoE-RoA for child's Indian passport.

Is it possible to apply with Mother's ILR status ? We don't want to go for British Passport as of now.
