Hello ,

I got my ILR through 5 year route in March 2018 and My wife completed her 5 year stay in UK under Tier 1 dependent Visa in July 2018 , so she is eligible for her ILR dependent visa now.

Could you please advice
if my understanding is correct
if the SET M form application is the right one
if the fees for the same is £2999

No. If she holds a Tier 1 Dependent visa, she MUST apply on form SET(O).

Yes, if you apply in person then this is the fee.

In relation to same question , would set o apply for Tier 1 dependant visa holder where the spouse is a British citizen ?
