Hi,

My wife entered into UK on 11-Oct-2013 as an dependant of a settled person in UK. I am planning to apply ILR for my wife anytime from 30-Sep-2018. I am planning to book premium appointment.

I have below doubts with her ILR application. Could you please clarify.

1. Is she eligible to submit for ILR application from 30-Sep-2018? or should we need to wait until 11-Oct-2018 to complete her 5 years?.
2. Consider I apply her application on 30-Sep-2018, Is there any rule that she should have present in UK exactly on those dates-month for past 4 years. For eg., Is it mandatory she should have been in UK on 30-Sep-2017, 30-Sep-2016, 30-Sep-2015, 30-Sep-2014?

She is away from UK for Vacation on these below days.
20-Sep-14 - 10-Nov-14
19-Jun-15 - 10-Jul-15
05-Feb-16 - 27-Mar-16
21-Feb-17 - 21-Apr-17
24-Feb-18 - 18-May-18

She had never been out of UK more than 180 days in any 12 months duration. Does this impact?

3. I am a IT contractor in UK and my wife is an employee in my company. Should we need to submit any evidence documents for the reasons of above leaves? like a letter from Employer as such.

Please clarify.

Thanks,
Venu

.
30th September is fine, if you can get a premium service appointment, otherwise you will need to apply by post.

There is no absence limit for spouse settlement visa holders.
