Hi there,

any advice will be appreciated,
the situation is I am applying for my ILR next week, and I'm still confused about few points, first of all i'm here from 11/9/2013 , so I am here about 4 years and 11 months, my husband is British citizen .
I booked my premium appointment then I completed the online form which I found very easy just needs a new booking in the end of it , so I filled the paper form. here is what confusing me:
in page 9:
- they ask about my husband's settlement date : so I put the date he has granted a residency card .
-then they asked :On what basis did your partner obtain settlement in the UK?
I wrote as a family member of an EEA national, that's because he had an EEA ex-wife he married her by islamic marriage and divorced her by islamic divorce and their is no evidence for marriage or divorce.
-Has your partner previously been sponsored as a partner of a settled person? I answered yes.

then on page11 they ask : Have you or your partner previously been married or in a civil partnership?
What should I say. If I said yes then there is no evidence for divorce, and anyway their islamic marriage was in the uk in the mosque and that kind of marriage is not recognised in the uk , also they will ask about her details , as I only know her name , her nationality might changed by now as she was spanish and she might became british by now and spain doesn't accept double nationality, beside the my husband can't remember when they married or divorced as the marriage was in short notice and the divorce was after a long time problems between then and they got separate before divorce.
also I need to ask about page 13 SECTION 2C: YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CHILD - Complete if you are applying as a parent of a child who is present and settled in the UK
some people said you must fill it as you have children, but my children are British and I don't have sole responsibility on them.
many thanks in advance

Hi everybody,
As no one replied, so I asked aw lawyer advice and she advised me that mentioning it however it's not required is better than not mentioning it when it's required, so I just wrote a letter explaining the situation to the home office and that was fine, and I left page 13 empty as it's for single parent and filled page 14, 15.
I went for my appointment and my ILR granted yesterday, and now I am waiting for my biometric card, thank god. And best wishes for all of you,
