I am having waiting trouble with the upgrade. Has any one had this recently? Any advice please, where should I get contact with the HO please.

My current time line is:

Applied postal ILR SET(M) partner 5 year route: 26.6.18
Application received by HO: 27.6.18
Acknowledgement email received from HO: 9.7.18
Emailed premium upgrade requests: from 17.7.18, tried for a couple of days
Premium upgrade provisionally accepted/eligible: 18.7.18

Until now, I have no further update from HO, no money deducted too. I am so worry.

Any luck with your upgrade?

I have been trying for the last 4 days sending an email at 8am on the dot every day but I just get the automated acknowledgement email and nothing else after that.

Any tips on how to get the email accepted?

Can I know the update on your application? I am having the same problem. They accepted my application provisionally on 27th of September. Now it's almost a month they haven't deducted the upgrade fee. I emailed them few times but didn't get any reply.
