Calculator for calculating allowable absences for Indefinite Leave to Remain(PBS)

Hello friends,
Has anybody come across an Excel sheet calculator to calculate the allowable absences based upon the new 180 days absence rule (rolling basis), which came into effect on 11-Jan 2018?
This calculation is quite complicated as it is now based upon rolling year basis rather than blocks of one year.
May be UKVI has a calculator or someone has devise an Excel sheet calculator!
