Hi

I was on Tier 2 (General) visa and I have received ILR recently. My partner entered the UK as a Tier 2 dependent in April 2015. My partner completed almost 3.5 years in the UK and I would like to apply for another 2/3 years extension visa.

Since FLR visa's resets my partners time period in the UK, I would like to apply for PBS dependent but unable find the right application form.

Could someone please post the correct application form for my partner?

Thank you so much for the link.

While filling out the application, I have a couple of doubts.

1. Which visa or permission to stay has Mr XXXX applied for or been granted?
Ans: I have chosen Tier 2 General as there is no ILR option here

2. I have given ILR BRP number, not Tier 2 BRP number. Is that right?

3. I have chosen 3 years or less as the length of the visa. is that right?
