Completion of 5 years at different times

Dear Members,
I am currently in Tier2 PBS and would be completing my 5 years on 31st December, 2018. However, for my family (my wife and two kids) they would complete 5 years on 23rd March, 2019. All of us currently have visa till 31st October, 2019.

Now, my question is which one is better, to apply altogether on March, 2019 or I apply first and then my family applies as soon as they finish the 5 year mark.

And if we apply separately what additional documents would I need as supporting document for my family? I heard that I would need a lot of document to show their co-inhabitate with me if they apply separately, is it the case?

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Syed

You should apply first. It's always better in my opinion.

Assuming that you have visa till March 2019, I say it is your choice.
The documentation will not differ. Most of the applicants apply as soon as they are eligible

Thank you. Just for clarification, we would not need the proof of address in each three months from three different sources if still my wife and children apply ILR separately?

You still require it to prove subsisting marriage.

Hello CR001,
Thank you for the information. Could you please let me know the documents to prove subsisting marriage or direct me a link with this information.

Thank you.
