ILR(LR) Premium Service appointment booking

Hi,
I have been trying to book an appointment for last 10 days.i was in touch with group members and followed the instruction provided.But nothing gonna work.Every night at 12 i get it for 30 secs,once i choose the date it shows that available appointment on selected date.First few times i Clicked Save and continue at this point,but message comes up as YOU MUST ANSWER THIS QUESTION.So i failed to book.Then i realised i have to wait for the slots to be appeared,but unfortunately last night and night before i left it until it get me the slots or timing.Once again it didnt give me anything and then as usual it said no appointment for next 45 days.
My queries,at that point,when it say ]available appointments on the selected days, what actually i have to do?and what other time i can try to book the appointment? i am eagerly waiting for your replies.

If you are flexible with location, then you can check other centres. I have just checked and there are available spots at Sheffield for October

If you are flexible with location, then you can check other centres. I have just checked and there are available spots at Sheffield for October

i have no problem with the location,i dont know how come people get those slots even in the day time.any suggestion?

In our experience, we got the first appointment for Croydon, but we needed earlier in the month, so we kept login at midnight for 3 weeks...but nothing came.
Both my husband and I had the page opened in our phones and we would check for all locations every 20 minutes. We did this for three more days. One Friday suddenly one appointment came for the next Monday (which was perfect!) and so we could get to the Birmingham PC from London very early at 8 am (our appointment was at 10) and being there the officer offered us an earlier spot if we paid £75 extra for each applicant. We happily paid and at 11 am we had our letters of approval.

you are so lucky then,i am also trying every day whenever i get some time.last night i found one date but didnt show any slots.i was on that screen for 15 minutes,but failed to get one.i dont know what gonna happen,best of luck for you guys.

My question is as my 10 years eligibility starting from 8th october, will i be able to reschedule or change the appointment? i mean if i can get one before 17th.But my concern is in this process i have seen there is an option for CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT....if i press it will i loose my current appoinment slot or i can keep it unless i can find a suitable one?

Not sure how that works, but I want to believe that you will not lose your appointment spot until you have successfully changed it to another one. There is a change option as well as a cancel option. so Ideally, pressing change shouldn't make you lose your appointment until you have successfully moved it to another one.

As Djsucccess mentioned, no you will not lose your current booked appointment slot until u get another appointment slot confirmed.
So u can click reschedule, and keep refreshing in hope of another earlier appointment show and only after u click save and confirm, will it then reschedule it.

As Djsucccess mentioned, no you will not lose your current booked appointment slot until u get another appointment slot confirmed.
So u can click reschedule, and keep refreshing in hope of another earlier appointment show and only after u click save and confirm, will it then reschedule it.
Hi,
one other thing,as i mentioned i managed to book an appointment on 17th oct.I am regularly checking to make it bit earlier anything after 8th,but now there is another centre showing london victoria,whic i didnt see when i initially booked.
You will need to visit this centre so that your application can be processed....this message is showing when i am trying to change my appointment...does it mean i cant change the centre?

All i can say keep trying,i was in same situation.One thing i can tell you,open 5/6 pages just before midnight.select all centres and once it will be 00:00,start trying one after another,hopefully you will get one.From my experience,dont waste time in day time,try midnight till 00:20, for 20 mintue.That will do.
