ILR 10 years route - Cannot reschedule appoinment - Urgent

Please I need some help.
I applied for ILR premium appointment. My appointment is on Thursday. I have been trying to reschedule this appointment for almost a month now but unable to secure an appointment. I really don't want to loose my money, and I can't seem to have any other way of rescheduling without securing another one.
I don't know if the system is broken or something else. I have not seen any appointment released even at midnight and I have been checking daily.
May I know what my options are please? As there is no cancel button and it's already less than the 5 days free cancellation period.
