i am on entrepreneur 50000 pound route and would be applying for indefinite visa.
i got my second extension on 14 november 2016.

i had two employees continuing from the 2nd extention. for some strange reason it was
stuck in my mind that i got my extension on 14 oct instead of 14 november.
so by the end of october 2017 i let go one of my employee and reduce the number of
hours to 20 for the other employee. as the business was in loss and i thought that
i have fulfilled the employee requirement for my indefinite leave.

i am pre 2014 candidate , so at it stands my first employee was short of 2 weeks
for the full 52 weeks employment , when he left.
the other employee was short of 2 weeks full time employment as well but
continued for 20 hours per week after that.
first employee was doing 35 hours per week
seconf employee was doing 40 hours per week

Is their anyway i fulfill the 104 weeks employment based on the

any help would be greatly appreciated

1. Then state when you start a topic that it is for a 'friend'.

2. Even better, ask 'friend' to register on the forum and ask their own questions, especially about a complex route such as Tier 1 Ent.

3. Interesting that you and your 'friend' have the same exact date of extension in November 2016.
