Hello

I am filling in the online set(O) form. In the English language section, the questions are as below

Do you have a degree that was taught in English? (Required)
The degree must be equivalent to a UK Bachelor's degree or above. If you have completed a research degree, the research must have been conducted in English.
Yes ------ No
Country your degree was taught in?
What will you use to prove your degree taught in English? (Required)
Degree certificate ------ Official transcript or letter

but I have a degree "researched" in English, not taught! Should I select "yes" and answer the other questions as well?

A couple of more questions:

In the "Documents" section,

1- For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website.
Before I was granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, I was not in the UK! So what should I provide for this?

2- There are two different check boxes: "Evidence of my immigration status in the UK" and "Current Biometric Residence Permit". What should I use as evidence of immigration status in the UK?

3- Can I have my employment letter and confirmation of my absences in one letter, or do I need to have separate letter for these?

4- When exactly the application is submitted? When clicking the "I accept the above" button on the "Declaration" page? I just do not want to submit it now so I want to make sure that I can edit it later before submission.

5- When can one see the booking page (to book an appointment with a premium centre)? After submitting the application or just before that?

Thank you!

Your application is not submitted until you have made payment, which is after you have selected the option to apply by post or premium service.
Why not use the paper application instead? With that you can just book your appointment only and then carefully complete the paper form which you will take with you to the appointment. just a suggestion
