English Language Test REquirement

Hello everyone
just a quick question regarding English Language test requirement for ILR , i have done my c1 qualification in 2013 from (city and guilds ) awarding body for Entrepreneur visa( 200k) , now going for ILR after successful 5 years (3+2) do i have to do the English language again as i was told at that time by (city&guilds) instructors that their qualifications are for life time not like IELTS which expires in 2 years ? should i do the English language test again or my old (C1) qualification from 2013 will work !!

You can only use an expired test or old test IF it is at the required level AND it is on the current HO approved test centre and test list.

thanks for your reply that centre has been closed now so i have to do it again i suppose
which one do you have to go for is it B1 , B2 or B5 GOING from entrepreneur to ILTR .how to figure out that ?

You only need B1 for ILR and citizenship.

HI CR001,
So if i understand you correctly IELTS score ( academic) taken in any centre is not valid for ILR application if test centre in not in HO list?

Correct. Also note that the Academic IELTS is only valid for certain applications, ILR is not one of them. You need IELTS UKVI B1.

Can a person go on ILR by premium same day service completing his 5 years term on Entrepreneur tier 1 general visa ?
There is so much confusion some says yes and other says not !!

When you cannot use the service (includes)
applying under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
