Good afternoon Everyone

I am about to apply for set p application next month

Last year i have been involved in accident
(didn't see red light , not drunk and was not over speeding )
( Driving without due care and attention)

I have been offered driving alertness course which i attended

the accident happed on 21 of november
I have few questions hope someone will be able to help me

1) should i mention this on my application

2) If yes will it impact my application

3 ) I read somewhere if you have single conditional caution case worker can ignore that if 12 months have been passed . when will these 12 month start either from application submission date or decision date

I will be very be grateful if someone can answer above questions

Many Thanks

For ILR, things that are recorded on your criminal record matter. Unfortunately police caution is recorded on your criminal record even though it is not a criminal conviction, so your ILR could be affected for 24 months from the date of a police caution
