Hi Gurus,

I am 20 days short for the Long Residence for ILR. If I apply 28 days before the current leavy expiry date, would I be able to qualify for the ILR?

Arrived in the UK -- 11 Nov 2008
Current Visa Expiry Date -- 20 Oct 2018

I am 20 Days short for long residence (10 Years). I have never got any refusal. Please advise.

It’s okay to apply for SET(LR) between 14 October 2018 and 19 October 2018.
