Hi,
I got my ILR from end of Feb 2018, I was on Tier 2 general sponsored Visa. I have my wife and son staying with me in the UK as dependents of my last Tire 2 visa (valid until mid nov 2018 ). They are currently eligible for ILR as they completed 5 years time frame.
Which application can I use for my wife and son to apply for ILR please.
Thanks

Hi
I would like to apply ILR for my wife and son. They are staying as dependents of my Tier 2 sponsored visa(5 years now).
1. Would I be using Set(o) application?
2. Can I get premium service for them??
3. While booking premium service who could be the main applicant?
Thanks & KR

Do I need to take the premium service appointment as part of online application or can I take a premium service appointment and attend the same with a printout of the filled application set(0) form.

Two options.
1. Use online form and book appointment as part of the process. Simpler form as well.
2. Book and pay for appointment only on its own and then complete the paper form and take with to appointment.

Hi
I have booked the premium service appointment for my dependents. I need to fill the SET(o) application for my wife and son to switch to ILR.
Could you please let us know what are the supporting documents required.
Also while filling the application
I am currently on ILR and my wife and son are dependents of my old Tier 2 visa (5 year route)
While filling the application do I need to fill the details of main applicant as my details (ILR holder details)
Do I need to fill the application in the same way as we all are applying together.
Thanks in advance
.

Your spouse is the main applicant, child is dependent. They are applying not you.

Hi sorry about asking about the supporting documents would like to know if I need to get all the documents I submitted when I switched from Tier 2 to ILR or
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Birth Certificate for child
3. Utility bills
4. Council tax letter
5. ILR person payalips
Are these enough , do I need to keep a minimum balance for last 3 moths.
Thanks in advance

3. Utility bills
4. Council tax letter
You need 2 years evidence of cohabitation and will need more documentation that just utilities and council tax.
5. ILR person payalips
You need 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements.

1. bank statements
2. licence
3. payslips of my wife
can these be considered are the additional documents to submit to show that we were together for last 2 years.
Thanks in advance

Yes.
For examples, look at page 63 and 64 of the FLR(M) form, HO lists good examples of what they expect to see as proof of cohabitation.
