Query about Spouse's visa

Hi ,
I got my ILR in April ,2018 . I was on a Tier-2 general work permit visa before. My spouse came here as Tier-2 dependent in December-2017. Is she eligible to apply for dependent of ILR as she has not lived here for 2 years at least.

if she came as Tier 2 dependent on DEC 2017, she will be eligible only on DEC 2022. She needs to stay in the UK for 5 years, NOT 2 years. 2 years are the minimum cohabitant.

I assume you mean minimum co-habitation for an Unmarried Partner visa application

changing from Tier-2 dependent to ILR dependent will reset her clock
