Hi all,
I will apply this next months for ILR for myself, my wife and two dependent sons by post after 5 years on tier two visa. I know it takes few months to come back. During that processing time, my daughter’s tier two visa will expire. She was born in the UK. will she be considered an overstayer? Does she need tier two extension or I just wait till I get my ILR and then she will be eligible for citizenship? Regards

Not an issue for British citzenship for her once you get ILR.

Thanks for reply. Will I need to extend her tier two if it expires during my ILR processing?
