Hi Everyone,

Need your expert and experienced advise for my dependants ILR application. Here below mentioned dates of my dependants arrival and visa renewal.

TIER 4 DEPENDANT ARRIVAL - 20th July 2011
PSW DEPENDANT VISA RECEIVED - 9th September 2012
ENTREPRENEUR DEPENDANT VISA APPROVAL - 25th July
PBS DEPENDANT VISA RECEIVED - 20th November 2017

Main applicant arrived in UK - Jun 2010
Main applicant got ILR on enterpreneur accelerated route on 20th November and child born in UK got british passport.

Can i apply for my dependants ILR based on 5 years or any other route?

Yes, provided dependants have continuous leave as defendants for at least five years.

British child need not apply.

When it says not be using public funds does it includes the benfits children getting, these are child benefits and child tax credit?

If the ILR holder claims child benefit, then it should be okay.
If the ILR holder and spouse jointly claim Tax credits, then it should be okay.
