hi,
this forum is helpfull for me all the time and i appreciate the efforts of seniors on this forum.
i applied ilr on 10 years basis last month at croydon premium service but cw requeted 1 year bank statements of all my account that already been delivered to cw.
but my decision is still pending ,my husband visa going to expire next month.
which visa should i apply for husband bcz he is my dependent but my visa is still under process .

Your spouse will have to apply on FLR(M) and meet all the requirements, financial and English A1, which will also reset their clock to zero and a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before they can apply for ILR.

bcz my solicitor saying you did not got ilr yet so your husband can’t apply spouse visa

You need to ask HO to hold the FLR(M) application until your ILR is decided.

If your ILR fails, FLR(M) will also fail.

As you have opted to apply for long residence ILR, your spouse cannot apply for a PBS Dependent visa extension.
