I believe the threshold for ILR under Tier 2 scheme is £35,500 pa if you apply before April 5, 2019.

I might be wrong but the threshold is based on guaranteed pay, so excluding overtime.

Only guaranteed payments, per RLMT and CoS are accepted and only limited allowances. Overtime is NOT accepted, even if guaranteed.
See page 27 below.

Your core salary must meet the ILR threshold requirement.

Yes, but not including overtime. It will be based on core salary and calculated to the standard 39 hours per week.

No, but you cannot include overtime to bump up your pay to meet the ILR requirement.

It will be suspicious. HO is VERY aware of sudden salary increases immediately prior to ILR or only so that a migrant qualifies for ILR. Sudden large increases will be red flagged and investigated, likely prompting your application being put on hold pending further queries, visiting your sponsor etc.

Also, any salary increase that is not across the board (annual increment) and intent is to circumvent a Home Office policy is likely to raise red flags.
Secondly, a raise that huge may in itself require a new RLMT.

if the hourly payment is 14.65
and we are doing 205 hours in month
in month we get 3k.
can we apply ILR or not?
