Hi All,

Me again with tricky questions.

Ive got a job offer from a company that is registered in Guernsey and has a head office there. But I will not work in Guernsey, only in UK, from home mostly. I might travel to Guernsey from time to time for a day or two for business trip.

Am I allowed to do that with ILR? Thanks!

With ilr there are no restrictions

How will your salary be paid? Will you be working as an employee under PAYE or are you working as a contractor? There is no restriction on the jobs you can do once you have ILR. I believe that the key thing is to ensure you pay your taxes correctly as a resident of the UK. Others can correct me if I am wrong
