ILR - unique electronic reference number.

Hi,
We will be applying for my wife's ILR in the new year and I have a query regarding the English Language requirement, and in particular the 'unique electronic reference number'.
My wife has an IELTS certificate with a overall score of 6.5
Her certificate is endorsed by the University of Cambridge.
Her test date was September 2013, and the test centre was Pretoria SA which is on the current approved list.
My wife used this certificate when she first applied for her spousal visa in 2013.
As I understand it, a score of 6.5 equates to a pass at B2, and as she has used this certificate to enter the UK she can use it for her ILR application despite the fact that is has expired.
Now looking at the application form, I am required to put in an electronic reference number but have no such number on the certificate, I do have:
Candidate number
Candidate ID
Test report form number
Can anyone please advise me on what I should write down in place of the unique electronic reference. I will of course send the original certificate with our application.
Thank you

You don't need to fill in but just have a cover letter explain this in this case.
ILR(SET (M) Proof of cohabiting

Hi,
We're starting to prepare for my wife's ILR application in the new year and it's just become apparent that we're going to struggle to supply the required amount of letters proving that we live together. I don't know why, but it never occurred to us that we'd have to keep them for the ILR application.
Please, can anyone tell me if there's another accepted way to prove that we cohabit?
Also, i work at sea and get my salary paid in euro's and the last time we applied for our spousal visa I had a difficult time proving my income. This time I hope I can get by on savings alone and am a bit unsure of the amount of savings needed in the 6 months before application. Can anyone advise?
Thanks

If you are relying on savings alone, you will need to have held £62,500 in an accessible account for a minimum of 6 months.
What co-habitation evidence do you have? This can be anything with your name/names, date and address.

Thanks for your prompt reply Casa,
I was under the impression that the cash saving required for ILR are a bit less than 62500.
As for the documents required for proof of cohabiting, we're going to struggle to provide letters covering the last 2.5 years, it never occurred to me that we might need these and most have been shredded. I'm hoping that there's another way we can prove that we cohabit, perhaps letters from friends, family, neighbors?
Thanks again.

Thanks to Vinny for the correction. I'd missed that this was for ILR.
